Passive houses employ a simple building science that make homes more comfortable, with substantially lower operating costs and maintenance. To us at CNS, this makes sense. Passive Houses allow you to think outside of the box to offer a new solution to home ownership that offers less maintenance and more comfort, while consuming less resources to maintain heating and cooling in the home.

We have taken courses from the Canadian Passive Housing Institute (CanPHI) and continue to look for opportunities to learn about building better, more efficient homes. We are engaged with our resource suppliers in Saskatchewan to help work towards more renewable resources in our province. We encourage solar energy programs and water conservation in our designs, to align with our clients values and budgets.
